Food: Anything breakfast. Eggs are my favorite food. Poached, boiled, scrambled and served with avocado is pretty amazing.

Run? My favorite run I have done so far would have to be Surf Coast Century 2012(SCC). My first 100km, sharing it with my dad, taking it easy and the support from random people was just the finishing touch.

Place? I love the coast on a hot day.
